1. Services

CLS Hauling & Property Solutions provides junk removal, dumpster rentals, property cleanouts, construction debris removal, light demolition, land and lot clearing, material delivery, yard debris removal, storm cleanup, and related hauling services in Manatee and Sarasota counties, Florida. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and job scope.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials, excessive weight, difficult access, or items requiring special disposal.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Items

We haul most non-hazardous items. We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, and certain fuels, unless specifically arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any item.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring items to be removed are clearly identified and that we have safe access to the job site. You confirm you have the authority to authorize removal of the items on the property.

6. Liability

We take care to protect your property during service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage to items being removed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Overdue balances may incur additional fees.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. All content, including text, images, and logos, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We may work with third-party disposal, recycling, and donation partners. We are not responsible for the independent practices of these partners.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
